MEET THE AUTHORS
KERRY FORRESTAL
Kerry Forrestal is a physician and author whose interests in science, resilience, and systems of survival inform the world of T’Amorach. A graduate of Binghamton University and SUNY Stony Brook School of Medicine, he serves as a board-certified emergency physician and has taught widely in medical and academic settings.
His lifelong fascination with maritime history, speculative fiction, and world-building helped shape the myst-clipper vessels and political architecture of the Cataclysm series. In addition to co-authoring Cataclysm: The Myst Clipper Shicaine, he is the author of Crushing Cancer: A Patient's Complete Guide to Managing a Cancer Diagnosis, a practical guide for individuals navigating the complexities of treatment and recovery. He has also collaborated with John Fracchia on the stage play Club Hell and continues to develop new works of fiction and non-fiction.

JOHN FRACCHIA
John Fracchia is a writer, educator, and musician whose interdisciplinary interests inform the thematic breadth of the Cataclysm series. A graduate of Binghamton University, he has worked in higher education for more than three decades and has lectured in business, leadership, and honors programs.
In addition to co-authoring Cataclysm: The Myst Clipper Shicaine and the stage play Club Hell, he is an accomplished songwriter and experimental filmmaker whose creative work spans multiple disciplines. His longstanding engagement with culture, belief systems, and collaborative creation contributes to the layered social, political, and philosophical architecture of T’Amorach.
